Q. What are the prizes for this promotion?
A. Users have a chance to win one (1) FREE Valvoline Oil Change instantly and one (1) Grand Prize trip for two (2) to anywhere in the US (ARV $4,250).

Q. How do I enter?
A. To enter :
  1. Get a keyword found at your local participating Valvoline oil change service provider OR ask your service advisor for one.
  2. Register for the promotion and receive your very first oil change coupon.
  3. Once you’ve received your first coupon, you can discover additional savings and work your way toward bigger oil change discounts (up to $15).
Q. How do I earn a coupon?
A.
  1. You will earn your very first coupon ($7.50 off an eligible Valvoline Full Synthetic or MaxLife oil change) when you register for the promotion.
  2. Once you’ve received your first coupon, redeem it for an eligible Valvoline oil change service
  3. Upload a receipt of your Valvoline Full Synthetic or MaxLife oil change service on the Savings Hub. Once your receipt is approved, you will receive your next coupon via email or SMS message.
  4. You can earn coupons through 12/31/2017, with savings up to $15.00.
Q. How do I upload a receipt?
A. Take a clear and legible picture of your receipt including the purchase date of your receipt and show the qualifying product you purchased.

Save the image file as one of the following file types: gif, .png, .tiff, .bmp, .jpeg, .pdf and making it no larger than 5 MB.

Then, follow the on-screen instructions to upload an image of your receipt.

If you fail to follow the instructions or upload an invalid receipt, you will not receive a notification that you are eligible to earn your Valvoline oil change discount.
Q. What is my preferred service location?
A. Your preferred service location is the place where you acquire your keyword AND the location you plan to use for your oil change services.
Q. I chose the wrong service location. Am I able to change it to more convenient location for me?
A. While we cannot update your information directly from the site, if you wish to change your preferred service location, please contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com.
Q. Will a credit card receipt be accepted as a purchase receipt?
A. Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
Q. I won the an instant win prize, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?
A. To make sure you get emails, add customercare@m.helloworldmail.com to your address book. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.
Q. How will I know if I'm the sweepstakes winner?
A. The grand prize drawing will be held on or around January 15, 2018. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided upon registration.
Q. I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
A. Make sure you are visiting https://valvoline.promo.eprize.com/drives/ directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser.
Q. I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled.
Q. I’m having trouble entering a Keyword. What should I do?
A. Make sure you entered the characters exactly as shown, in the same order they appear in.

In most cases, this means you would not include spaces and use all lower case letters where applicable.
Q. Where do I get my keyword?
A. Your keyword can be found at participating service locations, or available upon request from your service technician.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information unless you are awarded a prize. If you do win a prize during the promotional period, please contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
