    Q. How do I enter the Offer?
    A. Make a qualifying purchase at participating Valvoline™ service locations and be sure to keep your receipt. To find a participating Valvoline™ service location near you, please call 800-840-2495. Then, before July 15, 2017 visit and follow the directions to upload an image of your receipt to the Website.
    Q. How do I upload a receipt?
    A. Take a clear and legible picture of your receipt including the purchase date of your receipt and show the qualifying product you purchased.

    Save the image file as one of the following file types: gif, .png, .tiff, .bmp, .jpeg, .pdf and making it no larger than 5 MB.

    Then, follow the on-screen instructions to upload an image of your receipt.

    If you fail to follow the instructions or upload an invalid receipt, you will not receive your FREE limited edition Valvotron action figure.
    Q. Will a credit card receipt be accepted as a purchase receipt?
    A. Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.

    A. Follow the on-screen instructions, on the game page, to find out if you won.
    Q. I won the instant win game, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?
    A. To make sure you get emails, add to your address book. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.
    Q. How will I know if I'm a winner?
    A. The winners will be notified by email if they’ve won a prize after playing the instant win game.
    Q. I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
    A. Make sure you are visiting directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser.
    Q. I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
    A. Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled.
    Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
    A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information unless you are awarded a prize. If you do win a prize during the promotional period, please contact and provide your updated information.
    Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
    A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
